All of our jewellery is handcrafted with care, making each piece truly unique. Slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and policies.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable. However, necklaces can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

We aim to process and ship orders within 2–3 business days. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure you order in plenty of time, especially over busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays.
